Through the patient portal, you can also sign up for Epion, a digital check-in that lets you check-in at our office right from your phone. You can opt for text message notifications for every appointment, which will notify you if you need to update any information or fill out extra forms. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text from Epion and you’ll be able to complete some of the paperwork that you would normally have to do when checking in for your appointments, helping save you time at check-in.

Apex Medical Group has two locations located at 311 West I Street in Los Banos, California and 1549 Golden Gate Avenue in Dos Palos, California. Apex has been serving the westside of Merced County since 1980. The clinic was started by Dr. Karthikeya Devireddy. We provide services for the entire family – Pediatrics, Adults, Women services, Geriatrics, Osteoporosis detection, immigration physicals, Diabetes programs & weight loss programs.
Apex Medical Group is an approved National Health Service Corps site. We accept the majority of insurances offered including Medi-Cal, Medicare & various Healthy Families programs. Our mission is to provide high quality, cost-effective, valued and accessible healthcare services for all of our patients.
